Our policy is designed to be fair for both sides. Indoor PVC signs are kept in stock; Outdoor ACM signs are made to order for you.
Damaged in transit
If your sign arrives damaged, please email us a clear photo of the item and packaging within 7 days of delivery and we’ll ship a free replacement.
Change of mind
Because each Outdoor ACM sign is produced specifically for your order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please double-check your selection before checkout.
Custom signs are final sale
Signs with custom wording, artwork or logos are made only for you and cannot be resold, so they’re final sale once production begins.
Making a claim
To lodge a damage claim, use our contact form with your order number and photos. We respond within one business day.
